Dan offers a wealth of commerical real estate development experience in Tampa, FL. Having started his career as a CPA at PwC, Dan founded Bay Villa Developers in 1983. He has developed, leased, and managed hundreds of thousands of square feet of office, multifamily, and retail projects throughout his career.

Allie Howell Kessler
Vice President
Following graduating from Wake Forest University, Allie worked for JBG Smith in Washington, DC, where she focused on office leasing. Upon returning to her hometown of Tampa, FL in 2016, Allie worked in brokerage before joining Strategic Property Partners, developer of Water Street Tampa, in 2019. Allie joined Bay Villa Developers in 2021.
